As House music was popularized in Baltimore, a fusion between the unbroked flow of that style and the hard-hitting beats of break emerged. Between Sean Caesar on the Underground, and Frank Ski on radio, the evolution of Club Music occurred. Initially, the full bodied movements of 1980’s and 90’s hip-hop were stylized to parallel the sounds and rhythms of Club Music. As the energetic 80’s style of dance went out of fashion, club retained its vitality, becoming its own movement. |
